BFG Tech: Great Tech Support
10 May 2007Today, my brand spanking new NVIDIA card by BFG Tech decided to act a little odd. I was seeing blurry/static artifacts only on certain portions of my display regardless of the resolution, display or, operating system that I was running.
When I called up bfg’s tech support number I was pleasantly pleased with the wait and how quickly the tech support agent on the other end of the line realized that it was an issue with the card. He proptly gave me a case number and tranfered me to the RMA department. On the RMA side, they quickly gave me the info I needed and let me go on my way.
Hopefully, the rest of the RMA process will be as issue free.

BFG’s tech support is world class! Even though every time I call it is like 3am they still get to me asap and provide great help.
I had the same problem on my 6800 gtc….Hmm.

I am stunned at how fast they answered, and took ownership of the problem. Now if Viewsonic would only do that my world would be a whole lot nicer.
BFG is my new BFF… LOL

BFG HAS MADE ME WAIT SO FAR 3 WEEKS THEY CANT TELL ME ANYTHING. THIS WILL BE MY LAST BFG CARD I WILL BUY. IT TAKES 30 MINUTES TO GET TO TALK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE. I CALLED THERE MAIN OFFICE AN LEFT A MESSAGE AN NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK YET. THEY ARE GOING DOWN HILL.

Video Card quit!
Got a RMA sent card in, and now its a month and still no card!
WTF happened to BFG’s Great Support and awsome warranty???? I have had 6 cards from BFG Tech and always had great support! They seem to be always out of stock, but will not send u a newer or equal card. I have lost all respect of BFG.
I hope all Gammers READ this and BOYCOTT their name. The Company is made up of Gammers, so they should know the pain they are putting us through!!!
